Elle ne s\u2019est pas toujours consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une artiste. Le besoin de s\u2019exprimer au travers d\u2019activit\u00e9s artistiques, son exutoire, est apparu r\u00e9cemment.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]C\u2019est lors du confinement que la crise Covid a impos\u00e9 au monde que Karlyn a pu explorer de nouvelles voies d\u2019expression et prendre la mesure r\u00e9elle de ses capacit\u00e9s. Elle a d\u2019abord commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter le dessin avant de finalement d\u00e9couvrir l\u2019aquarelle. La complexit\u00e9 de ce m\u00e9dium lui a tout de suite plu. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que je peignais, j\u2019ai appris \u00e0 rompre avec les r\u00e8gles et les attentes. Mes peintures m\u2019ont guid\u00e9e vers la lumi\u00e8re, j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert la beaut\u00e9 et le sens des ombres. Une fois que j&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 faire confiance au processus, j&#8217;ai pu cr\u00e9er librement et finalement d\u00e9velopper mon propre style. En adoptant des techniques non conventionnelles, j&#8217;ai pu cr\u00e9er des paysages \u00e0 l&#8217;aquarelle qui se situent quelque part entre la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et la fiction. Des atmosph\u00e8res qui personnifient et c\u00e9l\u00e8brent les arbres et apportent la paix au spectateur.
