On peut y admirer une s\u00e9lection de pr\u00e8s de 200 feuilles d\u2019artistes de renom comme D\u00fcrer, Rembrandt, Callot, Goya, Toulouse-Lautrec, et bien d\u2019autres.<\/p>\n<p>ARCHES\u00ae est partenaire de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement. <a href=\"https:\/\/arches-papers.com\/fr\/\">Accueil &#8211; Arches Papers (arches-papers.com)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re partie de l\u2019exposition pr\u00e9sente une s\u00e9lection des plus belles feuilles de la collection Dutuit qui en comprend 12\u00a0000, toutes dues aux plus grands peintres-graveurs de leur temps. Les fr\u00e8res Auguste et Eug\u00e8ne Dutuit sont les illustres donateurs \u00e0 l\u2019origine du mus\u00e9e de l\u2019Estampe moderne, cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1908 au sein du Petit Palais.<\/p>\n<p>Le Petit Palais poss\u00e8de 264 estampes originales d\u2019<strong>Albrecht D\u00fcrer <\/strong>(1471-1528). Pour constituer une collection d\u2019\u0153uvres plus contemporaines, Henry Lapauze, conservateur puis directeur du Petit Palais, sollicite en 1907 de nombreux dons de marchands, de collectionneurs, de savants ou d\u2019artistes. Il obtient \u00e9galement des dons d\u2019artistes et de familles d\u2019artistes qui saisissent cette opportunit\u00e9 rare et neuve de faire entrer l&#8217;estampe contemporaine dans un mus\u00e9e. Les estampes \u00e9dit\u00e9es par la Ville de Paris avaient pour objectif d\u2019encourager et de soutenir les graveurs contemporains. Il est soutenu en cela par un autre profil de donateur, en la personne du marchand et \u00e9diteur Georges Petit (1856-1920). Ce dernier d\u00e9veloppe dans ses catalogues d\u2019\u00e9ditions un v\u00e9ritable plaidoyer pour la couleur. Le fonds s\u2019accro\u00eet r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses lib\u00e9ralit\u00e9s et par des achats. Entre 2013 et 2023, ce sont 1 289 estampes qui ont rejoint le Petit Palais \u2013 dont 1 136 issues du fonds d\u2019atelier de Pierre Roche (1855-1922), offert par la petite-fille par alliance et l\u2019arri\u00e8re-petite-fille de l\u2019artiste en 2015.
