Renowned leaders in their field, these ambassadors of French culinary excellence shared their passion and know-how with the students, in a truly unique spirit of interaction and mentorship.<\/p>\n<p>The programme featured practical workshops across a range of disciplines \u2013 cooking, pastry-making, bartending, baking and wine service \u2013 allowing the young people in training to learn first-hand from outstanding professionals such as Philippe Mille, Baptiste Depoorter and Pierre Munier.
