Vincent Jeannerot
Vincent Jeannerot is a renowned botanical watercolour painter who was born in Lyon in 1961. His botanical plates, painstakingly executed at a 1:1 scale on white paper, are characterised by the depth and transparency of the watercolours.
Practising an art form that requires close observation and accuracy, Vincent pays meticulous attention to every detail, whether it be the nuances in the colours or the delicate shadows, to faithfully capture the way the plants grow in their natural environment.
