Igor Josifov
Igor Josifov is a visual and performance artist working internationally since 2000. His work has been presented in major institutions including the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Skopje, which hosted a solo exhibition of his work in 2012. He has participated in numerous international exhibitions and biennales, including the Venice Biennale 2019 at Palazzo Mora. Known for his multidisciplinary approach, Igor uses the human body and diverse media particularly fire as central elements in performances, installations, and films that explore contemporary human experience.
