Louise de Masi
Australian artist Louise De Masi is best known for her beautiful, luminous and detailed watercolour paintings. Louise is drawn to light, shadow and interesting textures and she attempts to convey these elements in her work. Her paintings are highly detailed but she strives to retain the distinct qualities that watercolour is renowned for. Louise’s work has been featured in Australian Artist’s Palette Magazine, Australian Country Craft Magazine and the Sydney Morning Herald. She is co-author of the book ‘The Art of Painting Sea Life in Watercolour’ published by Walter Foster.
