32nd International Fantastic Film Festival
The 32nd Gérardmer International Fantastic Film Festival is getting ready to open its doors from 29 January to 2 February 2025, promising to plunge its visitors into the enchanting universe of fantastic cinema. This edition is set to be particularly outstanding with a tribute to the talented American director, screenwriter and producer, Ti West.
The festival of Gérardmer, a town known as the ‘Pearl of the Vosges’, is an unmissable event for fantastic cinema enthusiasts. It offers a varied programme with screenings of feature films, shorts, previews, meetings with directors and actors, as well as conferences and debates. This year, the festival will also be showcasing works exploring the theme of ghosts, adding a further dimension to the cinematic experience.

Tribute to Ti West
Ti West, known for his acclaimed trilogy ‘X’, ‘Pearl’ and ‘MaXXXine’, will be the guest of honour at this year’s edition. His works, marked by a signature aesthetic and captivating narrative, have redefined the codes of the genre and conquered a broad international audience. The festival will feature a retrospective of his films, enabling festival-goers to rediscover his most emblematic creations, in particular, ‘The House of the Devil’ and ‘The Sacrament’.
In addition to the tribute to Ti West, the festival will welcome prestigious guests and an outstanding jury, guaranteeing a high-quality competition. Festival-goers will be able to take part in masterclasses, workshops and autograph sessions, enriching their experience and understanding of fantastic cinema.
